The Devils Diner just happens to be on the greatest race track on earth, which happens to have the nickname the Green Hell ! If you come before lunchtime you ca... read more The Devils Diner just happens to be on the greatest race track on earth, which happens to have the nickname the Green Hell ! If you come before lunchtime you can grab some pancakes and indulge in the atmosphere of all the cars and people going around the ring. Get a cold drink, a hot drink or even an ice-cream! Also the view out on to the exit/entrance of the Nurburgring if you get a good seat inside or a seat outside on the balcony is great. You will see alot and meet alot of new people. The car park behind is where you will get to see alot of the cars. You just eat atleast once in the Devils Diner ! It is a must ! The frites are good but the pancakes !

Balcony is great for watching cars on full trackdays and very good value for location too.

The place was packed with like minded individuals. Best seats in the house as far as view of the ring and cars. Food was surprisingly pretty good. All American fare, burgers, fries, etc. but much pricier than what you would find here in America. And of course no soft drink refills. Our server was great. But the food coming out the kitchen was super slow . Unfortunately, no, the track did not re-open. Atmosphere in the diner is great.

The diner has a themed sort of decor, but saying that, we were there for food, not to be an art critic. We felt the meals were good value for money and they were bigger than expected. The staff were great, all in all, a great visit for a meal.
