Same for the sweetbreads (I only came to Central, formerly Chez Pierrot, for the sweetbreads!!! The octopus is good but frankly it's not served well enough... the same goes for the accompaniments (apart from the fries, which are too dry there are barely 3 spoonfuls of mash or rice; at 26 EUR per dish, sorry it's good but too expensive because it's not filling enough, you're hungry when you leave... The Americano is rather well served... on the other hand, fans of Irish Coffee, move on: the doses are not respected (too much coffee and not enough whiskey, this is obvious, there is no demarcation between liquids... The setting is always nice and the servers pleasant;; But come back to the classics which have proven themselves and which have contributed to the reputation of this brewery, because here we are in lambda from lambda (and expensive at that...
