Nothing to say about the quality. However, your reputation has been partly built on the use of organic flours: today, there is no longer a dedicated display on sales sites and the answers given by your colleagues remain evasive on the subject. I'm not from Metz but when I go there, the Poulard bakery is a must-go for me. The saleswoman Louissa and Anna Marie are too nice. I really like this place
The bread is very good but I don't understand how we can't have pain au chocolat or croissants at 10 a.m....the staff is very nice.
We love breads, brioches and flans... Special mention to cookies sold by weight
Traditional baguette as it should be. Polite service. Good luck with the bakery!
Good and rather generous products. However, there is too little product diversity for higher than average prices.
