The Fuchs restaurant was the most charming little café I visited in France. It was an absolute gem with beautiful decor and delicious food.
During my visit, I had the choice of three vegan dessert options: two Neapolitan cakes and one muffin. I opted for the white Neapolitan cake, a classic choice at this restaurant, and I was not disappointed! I also appreciated that they served the desserts in their entirety when ordering tea. Yay!
This is a large cafe that welcomes dogs. They have limited options for vegan cakes, but the one I tried was delicious nonetheless.
During the week, they offer a breakfast called "breakfox" for 9 euros, which includes a hot drink, fresh orange or apple juice, 3 slices of bread, butter (not vegan), and various spreads, some of which are actually vegan, such as a nutella-like spread. Plant milk is available for an additional cost of 0.80 euros. They also provide free water infused with herbs and veggies. The restaurant has a 2nd hand shop decor with plenty of seating inside and outside. They offer vegan desserts that are clearly marked on the menu. The staff was friendly and able to speak English.
There are some vegan choices available at this restaurant, such as neopolitan cake, a pumpkin muffin, and a vegan sandwich. They also offer a variety of coffee options, but there is an additional fee for plant-based milks. The neopolitan cake was delicious but a little dry, while the muffin and espresso were also tasty. The interior is well decorated and cozy, the staff is friendly, and the location is nice. However, the prices are pretty high, and it would be appreciated if there were more vegan options on the menu.
