Fresco - Metuchen

I tried a turkey sub here for the first time, and I must say it's the best sub I've ever had! They use Boar's Head meats and cheeses, which I really love. The bread had a wonderful crunch and was incredibly fresh. The salad was finely shredded, and there was a generous amount of meat on the sandwich, with the cheese cut perfectly. The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere had a lovely family-friendly vibe. I highly recommend this place!

Working with Jimmy was a fantastic experience; he was always available, offered honest recommendations, and crafted an amazing menu for us. He made the entire process so seamless, and the food was truly outstanding, from the appetizers to the main course to dessert. Even after our event, my husband and I always make a point to visit his restaurant when we're in town, and we've never been disappointed. The lunch boxes were delicious, and your meticulous attention to detail was truly appreciated. Coordinating the delivery of 325 sandwiches to four different locations is no small feat, yet you executed it flawlessly. Achieving 100% accuracy with such a large order is remarkable! We were in the area today, looking for a lunch, holding a sandwich. I had the Rizzo and my friend had a Turkish sandwich. So delicious!!! The ricotta on the sandwich was my personal favorite. The man behind the counter was very nice and welcoming. The egg rolls in the closet looked really good, they have to try the next time! We will definitely be back!!

I stopped at the deli not thinking anything of it. I have been searching for a place that has good Italian meats/deli cuts. I was born and raised in Long Island and nothing comes close to the Italian deli that I grew up eating from and getting food from. A kind soul I met in the area recommended I try it out at Fresco. So I got a pound of Mortadella, and Prosciutto. I thought to myself let’s try it out. OMG! It’s tastes just like, if not even better, than what I grew up eating! I think I ate 1/4 pound of each in the car! Delicious! Thank You to the kind soul who recommended Fresco. Love, love, love, the meats!
