The woman at the cash register insisted that this was what I ordered, but if I wanted soup, I would have asked for a bowl. It feels rude and disrespectful to treat customers this way. Additionally, there was a significant delay, and after a long wait for my online order, they completely ruined my lunch.

Worst part is they wrap up things much earlier than the advertised store hours and doesn't replenish even around 45 min before closure. Had 2 experiences along same line.
