Very bad delivery service tolk two hours and 15 min for our order to arrive

This will be my last visit to Rusty's. No matter what I do; order online, call in, or stop in, my order is always incomplete. Furthermore, this restaurant is always way behind with orders. The food is good, but chronic incomplete orders and ridiculous wait times are enough. I'll be purchasing my pizzas from somewhere else.

0.5 stars! We went for lunch there on 9/4/23. We were the only customers in the place. 3 of the workers setting in large room on break. One worker at register and one cook. I think a manager was sitting down doing paperwork. We went for wedges, pizza and cokes. The wedges were barely warm! The pizza was great, but the coke machine was disgusting! I didn’t really want to use it it looked so bad! I did though. Yikes! Anyway I told the lady who I thought was the manager that the wedges were cold. She said oh thank you. I said your wedges were cold. She then said nothing! Very bad service and filthy coke machine area. I don’t understand why it would look like that when there’s so many workers in the store with no customers! I guess why work if they get paid to sit. The wedges were very disappointing! So we’re the workers! Why such bad service? I’ll never go back to that Rusty’s!

Got a free pizza coupon for donating blood. Went to use it and it literally took 50 mins to get 2 individual pizzas. This is pretty common for this Rusty’s. Now I remember why I don’t eat here.

Good pizza, clean party room. It has a train theme. Fast service.
