Kfc - Metter

This place is usually decent. On Sunday 4/27 we ate here and the service was terrible! The staff was discombobulated, the cook staff kept messing up the orders and the cashier was on edge and it was a terrible experience! This is not what we usually experience, but this Sunday it was bad. I don 't know how many people you need there to make the shift successful, but you either need to pay more to keep your employees or give them some type of incentive. There are only so many restaurants in Metter. Stop nickeling and diming your staff and they would want to work there. This store makes a decent income. Pay your staff or treat them right and maybe they will come to work. IJSPs. Please keep your lobby area cleaner! Your tables are always nasty after customers leave, this is a busy stop off the interstate.

The reason for ordering drive thru is because your dinning room was closed at 6 pm. Also we had two wait in the parking lot for 15 min because no children was ready.

Employees were very good. Polite. Food was served hot and fast. Hardly any wait. Dining room was very clean.

For about the 5th time in the last year I have ordered original recipe from this location. It is very bland chicken and does not have 11 herbs and spices in it. It is plain old pressure cooked chicken and very greasy. You cannot get a district manager to contact youand if you call the number on the receipt for a survey they promise you refunds and/or coupons which never come in the mail. Please close down this location and put in a Popeye's so we can have some decent chicken in Metter ,Georgia

Wasn't the cleanest place. SURELY wasn't the fastest place. Two small orders ahead of me and it took nearly 20 min to get a two chalupa meal with steak that was missing most the steak. The soft taco shell was folded under itself making it spill all over in the packaging.
