Contribute Feedback What Sierra doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
Google says they open at 7 but when I showed up they were still closed. I went next door to Starbucks and when I came out the lights were on and the open sign was on but the door was still locked. Another lady was waiting too and told me she has come several times and they’re never open on time. Disappointed. View all feedback.
The Garner White Oak location has a great team. Always professional and fast. Clean environment.

I accidentally left my wallet there in the restroom, and it was stolen. I called many times to try to locate it without any luck. Will avoid this location at all times.
Smoothies are good just be sure to ask them not to add cane syrup if you want to have a healthy smoothie. Smoothies are a bit pricey. Staff is always
I went to this location and waited at the register as the kids were working in the back and another customer (of another race) came up and the staff member helped this woman instead at the register next to me rather than helping me although I arrived at the counter first. I allowed this to occur and waited patiently as another customer came up behind me. The girl at the counter proceeded to ask me what I needed and I asked her if they sold ranch and if I could get one, she said yea and then proceeded to take the next woman 's (of another race) order. I asked her if she was able to quickly get the ranch as this is all I needed and she told me that I could wait. I asked the guy behind the counter if I could receive the ranch and he said that I would also have to wait. I left.
