Great dog friendly place which is important to my friend with her German shepherd. We had good service and the food was pretty good too, a couple of people with us got the brisket and said it was too fatty and not that much meat for the price either. My tuna steak was good but bland not seasoned at all while cooked but the soy glaze helped. I love broccoli and always the side I get both here and pickled onion their s... View all feedback.
What jonna artisan doesn't like about The Pickled Pub:
Consistently terrible. We have ordered food for pick up several times now. This last order was the worst. Burger was burnt charcoal, calamari was kettle chips with bits of hard rubber, brisket was fatty and over done. We spent $61 on food. Next time it's Monday and the choice is P. Pub or Domino's, we're saving money and aggravation and getting pizza. We are done with this place. View all feedback.
Went to get pick up order, 1st waitress told me 5 to 10 minutes. 10 minutes later Second waitress said 10 more minutes. Told her what the first one told me and she tells me what do you want me to do. We are busy. 10 minutes later I ask her to check and see how much longer. She tells me 3 minutes and turns out to be 7. She brings up order, throws on counter and turns and walks away. Clearly customer service is not important to them!!
Had a good time here. My fish bathed in hotsauce and Arnold Palmer on the side DELICIOUS. The energy was good in this place, liked the tv’s with sports playing. Will be back to try different options on the menu…
Best service of any bar I've been to in this entire state. And I travel for work. Real talk!
Nice atmosphere and the server did her best to provide good service. Unfortunately, I cannot give the food or the general manager a favorable review. I ordered The Brisket Panini from the Large Bites section of the menu. The panini was served with a single thin layer of brisket. When I brought is to the server 's attention, she said the sandwich has 8 ounces of meat on it and she would tell the general manager of my concern. She returned to say the manager said that they weigh out 7 ounces of meat and that 's the way thay make it.There is no way the the panini contained 7 ounces of meat and I was disappointed the the manager couldn 't take 1 or 2 minutes to look at it and talk to me. In addition, the brisket served was not tender and lean. It was tough and stringy.Sorry, but I can 't recommend the Pickled Pub.
This is a great dog-friendly spot, which is essential for my friend who has a German Shepherd. We received good service, and the food was decent overall. However, a few people in our group ordered the brisket and found it to be too fatty, and they felt there wasn't enough meat for the price. My tuna steak was good, but it was a bit bland and lacked seasoning despite being cooked well—thankfully, the soy glaze added some flavor. I really enjoy broccoli, and I always order it as a side here, just like I do at their sister restaurant, Pickled Onion. Pickled Onion does offer larger portions than this place, but we chose to come here since we had the dog with us. We typically go to Wakefield Tavern, but they are closed on Mondays.
