VERY disappointing experience. We received Subway coupons in the mail this week. My 81 year old veteran dad saved his money to buy the family subs. We got two standard subway clubs #10), and one chicken bacon ranch. NONE of which were excluded on the coupon, but when we got to the register we were told we were not allowed to use the coupons for our sandwiches. They had a list of only 8 subs they would accept coupons... View all feedback.
The lettuce is always so brown looking and the tomatoes are slimie alot. The young white boy with the bright eyes, makes his prejudice known. I won't patronize again because I've experienced all three things that I've mentioned several times.
In person ppl are nice , food is great. But online ordering is a nightmare..ordered, they took my money , my friend went to pick up my food, but they said they never got an online order..it shows in my bank it was taken out. They refuse to send my money back. Called the bank to make a claim. It sounds petty to argue over$12.55 of food but it's the point that I was working a 14 hour day and can't leave work to pick up my food. Hope they fix their website .
We get flier after flier of Subway coupons and have yet to have one this place honors.You're better off going for Jersey Mike's.
Everytime I go to this location I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The food is fresh, the service is good and they DO ACCEPT COUPONS if people would read, there's a sign right where you order and pay that tells you which ones they accept. Just like at other chain restaurants like dominos and pizza hut, etc. different locations will have varying offers, it's pretty common. Today I went in and the yound man who fixed my sub was super friendly, and he put out new veggies for the ones that he didn't think look the freshest even though I thought they were fine lol. I have gone there several times with a star star experience each time. Me and mine will definitely be returning because it has been extremely hard finding take out/fast food where people actually care about customer service or the quality of your food. Also about the review pertaining to the one worker's attitude, if you click on the poster and see their other reviews, you can see they went to another place with the same complaint on the same day and possibly one more....at that point it's likely not the workers.. it's you....??
Worst sandwich ever today. Both mine and my husbands. Bread stale, my sandwich was a mess. Not prepared the way my husband asked for it. Very disappointing. Won’t be going back for awhile if ever.
