What Jessica VOLTZ doesn't like about Starbucks:
The worst customer service didn't get the name of the lady behind the counters name. But she was very rude, didn't want to even be at work, was very slow. All I can is she had green hair and was wearing a black hoodie. Looked very sloppy to even be at work , not presentable. DRESS CODE needs to be talked about. View all feedback.
Not very friendly, didn’t really listen to my order or communicate with each other. They were slow. It seemed like they were unhappy and didn’t want to be there. This location is randomly closed all the time. It’s not dependable.
The folks working here are very nice a pleasant start to the day!
Made my salted caramel cream cold brew wrong... Twice!!!!! No syrup at all and Starbucks cold brew is so bitter without.... Disappointing

My coffee was cold unfortunately and I ordered a regular cup of coffee.
