Rise Towson - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Rise is my favorite breakfast biscuit joint in the area. I dropped into this location for the first time this week and ordered a southern chicken biscuit, tots, and coffee. Love that they serve Counter Culture coffee. My experience at this location was less than I would?ve hoped, though. The chicken was warm and delicious but the biscuit itself was basically cold. I will say the tots were really good- first try and loved them.

Smelled great and tasted better! Grabbed one of the Righteous Chicken Biscuit and added a fried egg. Everything was cooked to perfection! Best breakfast sandwich I've had in a long time

Staff super friendly, wasn't all that busy even at lunch with a mailer coupon everyone seemed to have. sweets were good, the Buffalo chicken biscuit was ok, neither the chicken or biscuit treated fresh despite having to wait 15 minutes for the order. the creme brulee donut was excellent

If anyone ever tells my grandma this, I?ll deny deny deny, but that was hands down the best damn chicken sandwich I have EVER eaten in my life. The chicken, utterly crispy. The biscuit, fluffy and cheesy. The toppings, perfectly seasoned and out of this world. Customer service, impeccable. That sandwich was messy in all it?s glory. I HOUSED that thing with a primal ferocity. You all left me having a righteous day so thanks for the righteous biscuit ????

This place is so good when your craving biscuits for breakfast. I had the sausage on blueberry iced biscuit and their cheesy tots which I could have eaten the entire bag of those by themselves ! Also they have a capn'crunch donut which is sweet and salty that my kids loved. The two guys working that morning were nice only knocking off a star because the inside seating area was kind of a mess.
