Well deserved reputation. I had a birthday dinner here back in February and we loved everything we tried. Beef pot pie, Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese, luck and money--all delicious. This dining experience is not like anything else. Simple menus and restaurant design meets intricate dishes with flavors and colors for every tastebud. And the Mac n cheese? Don’t get me started. A serious must have. Cannot recommend the Pooles experience enough.
