Try brisket or steak with beef broth/pho -Plus standard rice noodles, fresh Thai basil, sprouts, lime, etc. (I don't use the sauces they provide on Table. But most people do. Good value for your money considering the Quality AND Location. Now that I've moved, I REALLY miss this place.Parking: Even if you must park at the end of the shopping Strip (the Tobacco shop , it is worth it to try this restaurant. View all feedback.
What LEE MOORE doesn't like about Pho Oxtail:
Food had to authentic taste , service provided was by a mother /daughter team who spoke in Spanish negatively about the customer not knowing the customer could understand ! Appetizers delivered before drink , had to beg for eating utensils. Not the same experience we had two years ago definitely gone down hill.
Food is ok, broth is on the sweeter side. Service was lacking, we barely got attended. Ingredients need improvement, beef were fine, ox tail was the skinniest I have ever seen. Shrimp is extremely NOT FRESH, I know because I have allergy reaction to non-fresh shellfish. Price is on the higher side, they raised the price recently and is now overpriced IMO.
Omg I thought broth was all the same until I tried this place. Best pho broth in town! Try th summer rolls I'm addicted
Cute space, they seem a bit understaffed though as they kept on forgetting my water. Still, they did make my mango smoothie and all the other food I ordered came out hot, fast and delicious. There's no Sriracha on the table so just ask if you need it for the pho. A decent bowl of pho in a cute environment. I think it's a good place.
I even heard the staff read the notes to me over the phone, indicating they had access to them. Despite adding the instructions twice, my request for extra noodles was completely ignored. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and refused to pick up a new order, they abruptly hung up on me. I didn’t use any inappropriate language or speak rudely; I simply refused the resolution they proposed. It was their mistake, and I expected them to address it, not me. The customer service was the worst I've experienced. I’ve documented evidence that I was the one who called them, and despite calling back multiple times, my calls went straight to voicemail without any setup. They never reached out to apologize for their mistake. It seems unreasonable to expect customers to drop everything and fix an error that the restaurant made. I hope they learn from this experience, take accountability, and understand the importance of an apology. Have a nice day!
