Bruce and his team catered for our wedding and it was the talk of the town. Our guest talked about the menu, desserts and to go taco bar for weeks after the wedding! The serving team was on point and made sure all cups and stomachs were full. Bruce and his team worked and communicated well with my other vendors to make sure everything we got the most amazing day! Great business!!!We used all the services (catering, charcuterie bartender) for our Graduation Brunch party.We had chicken waffles, quiches, mini biscuits, avocado crab toast, candied bacon, chicken salad crustinis, pulled pork sliders, impossible burgers skewers, fruit, yogurt parfaits, deviled eggs, shrimp grits, charcuterie cones, cocktails sandwiches, lemonade, tea, water, mimosas Bellinis. The food was fresh abundant! My guests raved over the food.Top tier presentation execution. The chef staff were kind, delightful yet professional.Bruce Tiana, Well Done!!!
