Hands down the best bagel shop in Raleigh and closest to NY bagels there’s a reason there’s a line outside on the weekend, and it’s definitely worth the wait. View all feedback.
What Sean McManus doesn't like about New York Bagels Deli Raleigh:
Has really fallen off in quality and service. No transparency on pricing anymore, poor attitude from workers, always been a terrible outdated layout inside that you used to look past but with all the other issues I’d rather drive to Cary. View all feedback.
This place hasn't improved on the service at all for at least a few years. The food is good but not worth the wait or price.
Truly authentic NY style bagel and more. You need to try their desserts
Very rarely is there not a line, so if YKYK. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!
Southerner 's review of a bagel shop in Raleigh. I have not had a truly authentic NY bagel . I have been to New York Bagels and Deli many times and will say that it 's worth the commute from north Durham. There 's almost always a line on the weekends but it moves rather quickly. No frills location and you can tell that they focus on their products. Bagel assortment range from plain, asiago, blueberry, egg, jalpeno, etc. Don 't forget to grab a container of cream cheese on the way out. If the bagels are not consumed within a few days, they may go bad and develop mold as they do not have any preservatives. TO combat this, I will pre-sice the bagels and freeze them. Whenever I 'm craving a bagel, I 'll zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds then place it in an air fryer or toaster oven. The bagel will have a chewy inside and crispy outside. New York Bagel and Deli in Raleigh is one of my favorite bagel places thus far.
Oh man the best bagels! The pastries look amazing. Real deal!
