I come here for 1 reason, and somehow that's the only thing they got wrong on a day and time when they were less busy than usual. I'll probably avoid this place for a couple of months. Dissappointing that the level of customer service is this bad. Guess I'll have to go back to checking their work whenever I do go back. Edit: been coming back here a couple of days now.
