Edible Art Bakery Dessert Cafe

Had Edible Art make a large sheetcake for my Mom's 90th birthday party. 1/2 lemon, 1/2 red velvet. It was a hit! Thank you to Heather, Erin and staff. Would use them again.

Extremely disappointed in a recent experience here. My family and I purchased a custom birthday cake and cookies (almost 300.00). While the look was pretty, the cake was completely dried out and clearly over cooked. The cookies were also crumbly and dry. I was told by management that the texture was correct and did not take my word or offer any sort of resolution after spending nearly $300. While the desserts are artistic and edible, there are countless other local bakeries that are delicious and consistent with their product. Save your money and have a cake made by Hayes Barton in Raleigh or Assali, in Cary.

I have purchased desserts on three separate occasions (baked goods) and two of the three times, the item has been dry...and clearly beyond an expiration date. I won't be going back, but encourage future customers to make sure they pick your item from the front of the case...as the back of the tray is clearly the oldest. Disappointing.

I had the red velvet cookie and upon biting into it the cookie was definitely stale and tasted old. I returned to the bakery to express my concern and to receive a refund but was told she could not give a refund because I bit into it! The lady kept telling me they wouldn’t give a refund and tried to offer me the other stale flavor cookies they have which was only chocolate chip. The lady never expressed that she was sorry for my bad experience just kept saying that she could not give a refund. I tried to keep this matter private when I emailed the bakery but did not receive a response or call which is why I’m writing this review. Please stay away from this place!!

I sent some Pinterest inspiration photos for baby shower cookies and they nailed it! Done on point, on time, and excellent communication. 10/10 would recommend.
