As Raleigh's only cider bar, East Bower is worth trying. They have a variety of ciders ranging from dry to sweet with differing flavor profiles. My husband and I split two flights to try all the varieties, and we each found 2-3 that we liked. Visited for the first time a few weeks ago. Love the ciders and decent atmosphere.
I've been dropping in every so often since the week they opened off and on. Idk what changed but they've got it dialed in now! The ciders are delicious. I tend to prefer sweeter ciders and they only really had dry ciders at the start. Now they have 2 delicious sweet ciders (Guava Strawberry Lemonade) and at least 2 other semi-dry ciders that were really good! Can wait to go back and explore the other flavors I didn't. If you like dry ciders you will like this place. Took a couple of friends here a few days ago who are dry cider fans and they loved them!
Nice outdoor spot with a plethora of beer (including GF) options
This place is awesome! Great selection of ciders, with an option for flights to try a variety. The outdoor space is so nice and family-friendly as well. Will definitely be coming back!
I'm so happy Raleigh has such a well thought out and trending ciderey. The patio has great seating areas. I just hope the new constriction doesn't block that sunset view.
