China Star - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Ordered C25 and C21 with pork fried rice and both were great, just the right amount. Ive ordered before and all has been great.

I have ordered from China Star in the past and was pleased. Tonight however, I was a little disappointed in my order. There was a LOT of veggies and very LITTLE beef in the C17. Beef with Garlic Sauce. With that said, the dish was flavorful and good.

Found my new favorite Chinese place in Raleigh. It only took 2 years of ordering from a lot of places in the area. Dont sleep on this one. Food is great and they dont skimp on meat.

The food was delivered hot, thank you for dash. Other than that, this order left a lot to be desired. The egg drop soup was tasteless, the egg roll was small, burnt to a crisp and had little filler, the chicken in the mei fun was gristly and chewy, I removed it as best I could and ate the shrimp and pasta. The dumplings were fine, nothing note able.

I ordered the C21. General TSO apos;s Chicken C14. Sesame Chicken Egg 15. Egg Drop Soup 12. Chinese Sugar Biscuits (10) and 37. Chicken Lo Mein at the end of the night right before they closed. Everything was delivered really hot fresh and delicious. I accidentally found this place getting gas stopped in for a menu and wound up buying the donuts. Their sweet son was at the counter learning the family business and he was so sweet. Now I finally got around to order the food. I apos;m glad I did. I wish it had more flavor. Soup was a little bland
