Bruegger's Bagels

The employees were not friendly, there were dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling above them (right where the food is). We ordered 6 bagels with a tub of cream cheese, and the few choices of bagel we had were all far from fresh and the cream cheese is almost solid. After waiting forever in line to be blatantly skipped, we then waited forever just for someone to cash us out. The bagels were not split and there were no knives to take to go. We would have had a better experience and better bagels from Walmart.

Hands down the worst service ive ever received. Not only did they mess my order up, the person and people at this location are not friendly. Please put a smile on your face and appreciate what we have.

I enjoy my bagels as much as the next person. This is a great location, usually busy, but today was pretty calm. Nice workers. Thanks for my coffee!!

My favorite place to come for breakfast when I'm in Raleigh. There is a worker named CiCi. Everytime we come she always greets us by name and a warm smile. Her up beat attitude and happiness always brings a smile to my face. On Thursday 8/17, she was working the morning shift. She made sure the coffee was fresh and even offered to bring it out to us once it was done brewing. She is a sure asset to the company !! Thank you Ms. CiCi for always making us feel welcome !! Employees were super slow to take my order because they were chatting.. I hope they focus on taking orders from customer. I just got simple bagel with spread, but it was very chewy and cold, even though I asked it to toast the bagel.
