Royal House-roast Beef Pizza - Methuen

I haven't been to this restaurant in a few years and was disappointed by the decline in quality and portion sizes. Additionally, there has been a significant price increase on all menu items. I don't think I will be returning.

Consistently delivering high-quality classic northern-style roast beef sandwiches, this restaurant is one of the best in town.

I didn't stay long at The Royal House, but it seems like their menu has expanded over the years. They now offer a variety of seafood, salads, club sandwiches, homemade meatballs, and other fresh meat options. The restaurant is still located in a small, hidden area off Route 110 in Methuen, MA. Inside, there are about 5-6 large booths and a busy staff working hard to prepare meals. Based on the menu signs and specials listed on a white board, it's clear that much of the food is made fresh to order. I would estimate that about 40% of their dishes are homemade. Today, I had their famous roast beef sandwich on freshly baked Syrian bread with mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. It brought back memories of the delicious sandwich I had enjoyed there years ago. My wife ordered the fish dish and enjoyed it as well. Overall, it was a great dining experience at The Royal House.

Super roast beef 3-way with a pizza roll for the Sieg! royal house is always consistently good eating. they are also quite fast.

Best Roast Beef Around, Travel 40 minutes just to have! I do it often, and well worth the ride.
