Kfc - Methuen

This place serves one of the best Nashville chicken bowls I've ever had. The food is always hot and fresh, and it's packed with flavor. The establishment is tidy and well-kept. However, the seating area is quite dull and lacks a welcoming atmosphere. They do offer a drive-thru option, and there's plenty of parking available. Plus, there is a restroom for customers to use.

My wife went through the drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries, a chalupa combo, and two Chicken Littles. She also received a chicken meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as two mini sandwiches that tasted like they were made with three-day-old chicken (completely inedible). The chalupas were nearly empty. When she got home, she tried calling the restaurant four times but received no answer.

Had a horrible experience. Ordered food online 40 minute e in advance got their and had to wait almost a hour to get it. I almost sad screw it and canceled but the girl behind the register was clue less. And every one in the back was either screwingaround or one kid was eating pizzahut right in front of me at the counter really?????? That place should be out ofbusiness....NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I went to this location a few weeks ago to purchase dinner for my family, and witnessed the worst customer service by a manager I have ever seen. This older gentleman purchased his food online. When he paid in the store, They charged him $6.00 more thanthe online price. Instead of apologizing or offering him a compromise, or even a coupon, the manager started insulting the poorguy in Spanish to her workers. I understood just enough to be so disgusted at the way she treated him, that I left and calledthe corporate office and filed a complaint. If the online price is different, honor it, or fix it. But don't treat customerslike trash. I'll never go back, and have told all my friends to stay away. You've lost a lot of business over $6.00.

The KFC in Methuen is, without a doubt, the best KFC I’ve ever visited. My orders are always correct, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. The staff, from the manager Sophia to Fabiola at the drive-thru, are always professional and friendly. I always leave with a smile and a thank you! Other franchise owners should definitely come by and see how a restaurant should be run!
