An older gentle... read more A few weeks ago, I visited this KFC location to buy dinner for my family and witnessed the worst customer service from a manager I've ever seen. An older gentleman had purchased his food online, but when he paid in the store, they charged him $6 more than the online price. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution or even a coupon, the manager insulted the poor man in Spanish to her staff. I understood enough to be appalled by how she treated him, so I left and reported the incident to corporate. If there's a price difference online, either honor the online price or correct it — but don’t treat customers disrespectfully. I will never return and have told all my friends to avoid this location. Losing business over $6 is unacceptable.

The staff, including manager Sophia and Fabiola at the drive-thru, are always professional and friendly. I always leave with a smile and a thank you! Other franchise owners should definitely visit to learn how a restaurant should be managed!

Since the area has a large Spanish-speaking community, hiring a bilingual employee could improve the experience. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing; the tacos were messy, and the chalupa bowls were poorly prepared. The chicken was overcooked and seemed to have been sitting out for too long. The cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired— the soda station was messy, there was trash on the floor, and a puddle of water behind the counter. My previous visits had been concerning, but this one was especially disappointing, making me swear off returning. However, I did come back later and noticed significant improvements. Although the place was still somewhat untidy, the food quality had clearly gotten better.

I ordered my food online 40 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting almost an hour to receive it. At one point, I almost canceled my order out of frustration. The girl at the register seemed completely clueless, and those in the back weren’t much better—some seemed to be goofing off, while one guy was eating Pizza Hut right in front of me at the counter. Seriously? This place should consider closing down. I won't be returning!

She also received a chicken meal... read more My wife ordered from the drive-thru and got a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries, a chalupa combo, and two Chicken Littles. She also received a chicken meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, along with two mini sandwiches that tasted like they were made with three-day-old chicken and were completely inedible. The chalupas were almost empty as well. When she got home, she tried calling the restaurant four times, but no one answered.
