Prospekt - Metallostroy

Worst meal we had in Moscow and St Petersburg all week. Caviar was veryyyyyyy salty like eating sea water. Chicken stroganoff was super heavy with tons of sour cream under a thick potato pancake. We could not finish the food and did not have the appetite for dessert afterwards. Also, we both had stomach aches afterwards. Ugh.

Everything amazing from decoration to food via service. Can't go wrong with whatever you mi ght order. Very cozy place that brings you back in time. Big hello to Sasha from The Sea Dance Band :

All good save for my main course. Described in English on the menu as steak fillet ... Completely overcooked and inedible. The cut of meat was not fillet steak as known in Western Europe or USA. Nice people.

Thougherly enjoyed our meals tonight. The Chicken Stroganof with potato pancake was great, Siberian Dumplings were a close 2nd. However the Olivier Salad was the unique hit of the evening. A dish my wife wants to duplicate at home. The server was cordial, efficient, and very hard working. A definite recommendation from us Americans to eat at Prospekt.

A very nice and cozy place. The Waitress was very kind and cooperative. The quality of the food is realy good and it tastes very authentic. Always again!
