Kubdari is more like a cheburek, very fatty and there is a lot of meat somewhere, somewhere not very much. Spicy meat with streaks and again, a small portion. Salad with tomatoes and cucumbers in general is not bad, nothing special. The biggest disappointment is Saperavi diluted with water.

Saff speaks perfect English, are friendly yet not over the top, and the food is really some of the best I've had in Georgia. It's frequented by locals as much as by foreigners, and the prices are really good. On my next trip to Mestia I'll probably eat here every evening. It's that good
