A Bite To Eat - Messingham

This is a fantastic spot for beginners to learn about carp fishing, especially at Curlew Pond.

I had dinner on a Sunday at a small restaurant called A Bit to Eat. The staff there are extremely friendly and attentive; nothing seems to bother them. The food offers great value for the money, featuring fresh, homemade brawn, beef, and pork, along with a veggie option that’s always available.

Great fishing experience! It's truly the best place for it. They offer a great variety, but be sure to call ahead and check availability.

Nice fishery, we fished the first pond which has a mixed bag of fish. A nice breakfast and spotless toilets.
