Impasto buono abbastanza leggero ma completamente dissapito direi proprio senza sale c'erano parti sottili e parti molto grosse. ho mangiato la tradizionale condita discretamente con poco pomodoro.di sotto era un po' bruciacchiata.ingredienti abbastanza buoni ma sicuramente non è una focaccia da 20 euro al kilo!!!!
