What to say about la Pinseria , a very nice place to eat, phenomenal staff. And superlative food. The pinsa sandwiches are a spectacular idea, I recommend trying the pinsa hamburger sandwich, panelle, smoked provola, ketchup and mayonnaise, an explosion of flavour.
