They serve their filet de perche with home made fries and salad on a rechaud for several services. Attention: they only serve fresh filets, either from the nearby lake or from la Moselle. Be advised to reserve the table. The menue carte is short, meat and fish. Friendly service. Playground for children, swimming pool for the guest and view to the lake from the garden restaurant. Their speciality of perche from the Lac is terrific. Madame is a most pleasant hostess. Our balcony view (room Esperance over the lake was superb. We recommend it.

First evening it was quiet and we ate outside in the garden. second time it was busier and we ate in the large conservatory. Good, pleasant service and good food. Very reasonable prices.
