An additional HOUR in the restaurant after the online order said it would be ready. Anyway, it's always full that day. I drive to the eastern city, they have it together there!! Although it is 15 minutes further from our house, it will be worth for a better quality. So sad :

I was told they were good, but... read more I had a disappointing experience. Before my visit, I called to inquire if the French fries were as nice and golden as advertised. I was told they were good, but I mentioned my previous negative experience at another restaurant regarding similar fries. I was looking to find a new place to enjoy them, especially since I had also stopped going to WingStop, which just isn't the same as it used to be.

The staff were dancing and listening to music, with no line to serve customers as they come in. It took way longer than expected for my online order to be fulfilled—an additional hour in the restaurant after the app stated it would be ready. Regardless, it's always crowded there. I often drive to the eastern location, where things are much more organized! Even though it's 15 minutes from our home, the better quality makes it worth the trip. It's such a shame.
