The food had some kick to it and the crab was pretty tasty. I wasn't a fan of the way the alligator was cooked. The fried pickles... perfect! We didn't care for our server. Although nice, she spent so much time trying to get good reviews from another table that we had to get our own refills and she wasn't knowledgeable about the menu of drinks. The bathroom was creepy as well.

Their bathrooms need a deep cleaning and some general maintenance work from the two times I've been here, but the food is good and that's what I come here for.Food: 5/5

We started w... read more The experience was mediocre. We decided to try Shell Shack since we were in the area. The prices seemed a bit steep, and the food didn’t stand out. We started with the crab nuggets, which were just average. I chose the grilled salmon with broccoli for my main, but the salmon felt a little too greasy for me. I also ordered a salad that didn’t appear very fresh. My husband had the fish filet po' boy and thought it was okay, but nothing special. Overall, we’ve enjoyed better dining experiences elsewhere.

It looked good but the smell was awful…????3 stars because I usually enjoy their food and the staff is always nice!The drinks are good too!

They have a new menu, so I tried one of the new entee's. Big mistake. The baked catfish was bland, rice was mushy and also bland. The broccoli was good, but you can't add extras on top. Luckily, the manager came out and swappedit out with a salad I wanted. It took forever (maybe 15-20 minutes) for a plate of just lettuce to come out. I'm a salad lover,but it had too much dressing. My kids loved their meals, but I wish there was a price on the menu for the Boils. We were seatedvery quickly, but there is no table for 5 (unless they squeeze another chair in. If they push 2 tables together, you'reautomatically charged 20%. The waitress was nice, but this will be my last visit (with the entire family).
