Came in After 12AM and was served by a lady in the front, which i assume was one of the managers due to her attire. I get it, they have to serve the food at a reasonable pace and give out their best customer service while doing it. This lady did exactly that, the food was warm and can't go wrong with some McDonald's at this hour. I'm sure to make this a stop again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Not only do they say that my mobile order is not what shows on their endbit, then they still managed to give me the wrong order after confirming my order! They didn't give me the right order and articles were missing. I had to go back and they still said that my order is what they gave me until I showed them my app for what I paid for, and even after they entrusted it to me, he simply closes the window! Caramel frappes hot chocolate fudge sundaes chocolate chip cookies chicken nuggets and french fries and vanilla ice cream cones are the best things there.
The food was hot and fresh. The employees were efficient and friendly. The new kiosk ordering system was a pleasant surprise. You can pay in cash or debit. This McDonald's restaurant is kept clean.
Great food and price with the McDonalds app. Friendly and helpful employees.
There was friendlier drive-thru customer service than I have seen on previous trips at this location.
