What Tyler H doesn't like about Ellens Corners Travel Center:
Gas prices are always horrible, they don't display prices on anything inside, and the clerk is a complete jerk and makes everyone feel uncomfortable. On top of that majority of their products are covered in dust or expired. I wouldn't go there if I had to. Great pizza! Stay away from the donuts. They need a major upgrade. Gas prices are reasonable for the area.
Gas prices are consistently high, and they don't list prices for any items inside the store. The clerk is unfriendly and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Furthermore, many products are either dusty or past their expiration dates. I genuinely wouldn't recommend visiting this place, even if you had to. Their operating hours are inconvenient, and they frequently close early. On one occasion, I arrived thirty minutes before closing to buy a drink, but the employee locked the door just as I approached and simply walked away, staring at me as I stood there.
The pizza is fantastic! However, the deli hours are really inconvenient. They close at 4:30 PM every day, even on Saturdays! I have a job, so it’s tough to get a pizza for dinner with hours like these.
You're in for a treat. This place is a hidden gem that most visitors might overlook since it’s located in a gas station. You absolutely have to try their ribs—no questions asked! They're only available on Fridays and while supplies last, so make sure to place your order quickly. And don’t forget to take in the beauty of Michigan!
The pizza is fantastic for our morning breakfast, but I'm getting tired of feeling like a criminal every time we go in to get it. During our last three visits, the woman behind the counter has either shaken her head while we were getting our pizza or rolled her eyes at us. We even heard comments like, "Geez, take the whole pizza!" just because we were taking two or three slices. If they don't want us to buy the pizza, that's fine; we can easily find somewhere else to go.
