Lunch time, a light languorino, I stopped for an aperitif at a bar, but I was attracted by the sign, on the other side of the road, of The Furnace of Erasmo Focaccia Bread Gastronomy . I decide for a piece of focaccia and I enter into what will reveal the furnace of wonders. The embarrassment of choice takes me... For practicality opto for an inviting fried panzer. Sublime! I'm going back to a bare focaccia, really good. In the end, I left the oven only after buying something for dinner, fried chicken and chicken salad, bread with natural yeast and a tray of sweets with jam.
