Beautiful and spacious this bar and pastry shop. Not bad the aperitif for wealth of proposed tastes. Quality of food excellent and kindness and professionalism of the unexceptionable staff. To try absolutely! View all feedback.
What lucapY847VI doesn't like about Gran Caffe Fantasia:
I've been to this place with the family for a after dinner. Served two unsolicited bitters, we are intimated by the waiter, with rudeness, to drink them or leave them if not of our liking, because back they could not return. I'm going to talk to the owner, and he's still just justifying what happened, and instead of just apologizing, you're going to argue in front of the clients in the club. Bad service and great rud... Bad service and great rudeness, how to lose the face for so little.
Great ice cream served by fantastic people. You cannot pass from Mesagne and do not taste these delicacies. I'll be back.
The first time I was in this place I took an ice cream cone to the nutella, made with the short arms, since the ice cream was put only on the surface and the cone was totally empty. I went back to January to get a cappuccino, which I wouldn't call such... It was watery. It sounded like dirty water with cocoa. By the way, prices are also a little higher than the other bars. Bocciato.
Delicious ice cream, nice and cozy apartment, very kind and professional staff. I'll be back.
I went to this place to buy a cake to take away and, having allergies, I specifically asked if they had anything without almonds or hazelnuts. The waiter, a bit out of his mind, proposes the cakes in the freezer simply by reading the tag (which I could do very well by myself) and tells us that with the cheesecake PROBABILMENTE I would have had no problem. Not seeing him convinced we ask the guy behind the counter if the cake contained this kind of allergens. He assures us that there could be contamination at most. Sure of this, we take the cake away and when we eat it, they point out that the base is Nutella (so it contains hazelnuts). Luckily I hadn't tasted it yet. Allergies are a serious and very underrated thing, there are those who die for an anaphylactic shock and you, besides not knowing what you sell, have shown superficiality and little professionalism. An account is contamination, an account is the presence among the ingredients.
