Wendy's - Mesa

I asked the woman at the counter about that crispy chicken sandwich they have advertised on the wall. It advertised it is hot and spicy. I asked her if she had just a plain one and she said yes I go OK I?ll have that. It came out wasn?t even crispy hardly any breading it was probably as thick as a quarter no taste. Went up to her later showed her it she goes oh that?s our crispy chicken sandwich. I pointed to the picture and I said I asked for that one without the space. She said nothing. But insisting that the one I got was a crispy chicken sandwich. Very very very very disappointing

I always stop by this Wendy's while working at night and the crew there is excellent, especially the manager that i see all the time. Food and service is always great, they definitely have a loyal customer out of me.

I waited for 3or4 minutes to order and in the middle of giving it a shift manager pull person getting my order to pass out orders. This is not very good customer service. I turn around and left without giving an order.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is incredibly unprofessional. My husband and I walked in to order and no one said anything to us, 4 different people made eye contact with us while we were up at the counter but they didn't say anything and just walked away. We ended up walking out and going across the street to Culver's when we saw one of the kids that was working at Wendy's start playing on his phone. This location has lost yet another customer judging by the other reviews.
