my two daughters grew up and I had a great experience. we were in the mood for geese so good and our server was so pleasant, although it was very busy. I think she was woman moo at the location higley and mckellips. food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
I have never been treated in my life as if I had a piece of chewing gum on someone's shoe until the manager I think Alexa treated me and my wife like we were absolute müll and all because I mentioned my order incorrectly I was called a lügner and a few others that I did not mention in this contribution. better management training is obviously necessary as they never treat a customer as they treat us View all feedback.
Our waitress Alma was fantastic, brought our food quickly, made sure we had everything we needed and checked back often. Another waitress, however, was randomly yelling out and making sudden noises like she was mentally ill, as she paced back and forth behind the counter and did nothing more than cause a disruption to everyone in the restaurant. Management should be aware that her antics are unacceptable and will cause diners to not return. It's a shame she ruins it for others like Alma, who work hard taking care of customers.
The food didn't sit right after eating here This coupled with the not so pleasant staff and the freezing cold air blowing on us doesn't make for a good memory. We chose this place for the nostalgia of the name and now it would take a lot of convincing to go back. Sorry Waffle House! We are open to trying another location sometime!
We came a few weeks ago. There were a few customers, but the waitress was quite friendly, sang a little song, was jovial, and even 'cooked breakfast' when the cook disappeared. The friendly Waffle House I was in!
I went in for a to go order and was told they were not taking to go orders. A few people in the restaurant were already served and eating. No other person in there requesting a to go order. Nothing was being cooked on the grill. I asked the girl why? She when they are understaffed they don't do to go orders. All I wanted was one egg hash browns. Never heard of such 8n my life I will not be returning to this location. But your sign voice mail say you take to go orders.
I feel sorry for the owners of this place. I have a feeling they have no idea what's going on here. These people don't work they just go to party. And they aren't even shy about doing deals in the parking lot. If you don't have cameras you might want to get one and start over with new employees. I'm only talking about daytime crew. I kept calling but they were all too busy outside with personal pleasures to take an order much less fulfill it.. There were no customers inside either. So disappointed. Girl with blue hair you really should earn your wages.
