I used Carolinas for my sons rehearsal dinners and it was a total hit! I was nervous first because it's super casual, but the whole experience was great! Jasmine was our extradition/implementary girl. She was punctual, polite and has everything perfectly decorated. All dishes, plates, cutlery and maintenance utensils were all good quality. And the food was amazing! I would just suggest that I had business cards or me... View all feedback.
Being Mexican descent I consider myself a strict critic of Mexican food eating it at home. I don't give these five stars easy. The red sauce here was better than my family makes it home. All that has to do with the red sauce would be here for me. The price point to receive food and the way it tastes cannot also beat. This food feels like it was made at home with love only for you. Thank you, Carolina is for a really wonderful meal.
Really great food here. My doctors office is in the complex so I have been here a few times for lunch but forgot to leave a review. Hands down, some of the best tortillas I have ever had. The flautas are fantastic, that’s my go-to order here. They have tamales everyday and breakfast until 11am. I’m a tough critic but this spot is good enough to be added to your usual rotation. Try the flautas, you won’t regret it!
I used Carolinas for my son's rehearsal dinner, and it was a huge success! Initially, I was a bit nervous because the place is quite casual, but the entire experience turned out to be fantastic! Jasmine was our server, and she was punctual, polite, and had everything perfectly arranged. All the dishes, plates, cutlery, and serving utensils were of high quality. And the food was incredible! I would only recommend that they provide business cards or menus for my guests, as many of them were curious about where I ordered all that delicious food. The churros were also a big hit! From now on, I'm definitely going for small catering events.
From these humble beginnings, their hard work transformed the dream into a reality, leading to the opening of their first restaurant at 105 W. Hilton. The space was so small that two people holding hands could touch the walls. They celebrated the grand opening in the spring of 1968 with just $400 in savings and Manuel's expertise in the trade. Carolina's first tortilla helper was Elvira Castellanos de Abril, who not only taught Carolina all her culinary skills but was also her mother. Elvira’s salary was a few dollars for bingo, along with a ride to the bingo hall at the American Legion Post #1; no formal contract was necessary—just a hug and a kiss.
The tortillas here are always top-notch! For breakfast, I had the cheese and chili relleno served with beans and rice. If you're dining early in winter at the Country Club location, be sure to bundle up warmly!
