The Cheesecake Factory - Mesa

My experience at this restaurant was just okay. I've been to other locations and had much more enjoyable visits. It felt like they were understaffed, and my table wasn’t given the attention it needed. While most of the food was good, some dishes had to be sent back because they were overcooked. It wasn't a terrible visit, but I expected better food and service considering the prices we paid and the total bill. We were celebrating my son's 13th birthday, and it was a bit disappointing. I just wish we could have had the experience I'm used to at this restaurant.

The food was excellent, and the service was quick and professional. While it’s not the cheapest option, it’s consistently delicious. My guests particularly enjoyed the fish and chips.

The food was fantastic! The service was outstanding. My kids had never been to this restaurant before, and they were thrilled. We all left feeling satisfied and even took home some leftovers. We brought back carrot cake, Oreo cheesecake, and salted caramel cheesecake—each one was delicious, but the Oreo cheesecake is definitely my favorite!

Food here is always consistent and the portions are definitely very big (great for sharing or leftovers). What I did want to highlight was our amazing server, Jeremiah! He did a fantastic job and was constantly on top of making sure we had everything we needed. He’s definitely a very kind and charismatic employee and made this experience today fantastic. Thank you, Jeremiah!

Always a cozy and elegant place to go for delicious food! It is tradition that we go as a family for our last dinner together before our cousins head home for England!
