I loved eating here, until I found a bug in my food. Yes, a bug. I called the manager and he denied it. Saying “we don’t have bugs here”

Haven’t been in a while, but decided to go there for dinner, and when I ordered heard it was under new management and got my food and was highly unsatisfied with the portion I paid for a large two protein bowl and the rice was extra hard, and the chicken that I got was about five pieces each chicken. When I asked if I can redo the rice, the man told me to pick out my chicken. I would never go to this location again.

Order was completely wrong, I basically paid for a bag of broccoli and a chicken breast and got four pieces of broccoli with katsu chicken. I thought I was adding broccoli to the chicken breast and paid extra money for it and ended up with four tiny sprigs of broccoli.

Such a disappointing location. The food is always good, but I’ve tried on three different occasions to order their food for delivery only to have my order canceled with no explanation. I tried downloading their app to use their delivery service, and it won’t “validate my cart”, so I can’t use that either. Still a great spot for pickup, but very inconvenient to deal with for delivery.
