Everytime I go in the afican american women is rude has an attitude. Today I was the only one in the store. She was very rude and tells me I should probably go somewhere else she can't take my order for a half hour because she has Uber orders to do. So I will not be going back and chebahut got my money today. You Lost a customer I will be letting all my social media to not go there because of her.

Terrible service. Said they couldn’t make a 6 inch sub said they cared about online orders only and no walk up customers.

Haven’t sat in a subway in awhile to eat but this place was clean, and the lovely lady that helped us was the best! I will be going back for an amazing sandwich ?

I have an emotional support dog less than 5 lbs. never had a problem, ANYWHERE to take her into a subway, McDonald’s, any restaurant at the Chandler Fashion Center, Arizona Mill Mall or Tempe Marketplace. It wasn’t 10 seconds until the worker said she cannot serve me when the dog is inside (on my hands not touching nothing). I said I cannot leave her in the Arizona heat in the car 109F. She still refused to serve me. Needless to say when I left without being served, that there is no sign on the door of this subway that dogs are not allowed. Their neighbors on Dobson Rd have a sign that assistance animals are welcomed. Just a shame that this is even a problem in the Arizona heat.
