Smashburger - Mesa

Had the best experience here tonight! My husband and I first came to Chipotle for dinner, and then we thought we would stop SB for a shake on the way back to the car. We had a nice conversation with the staff who welcomed us as soon as we got into the door. After my dietary concerns, Stephen proposed some flavor combinations for the ball and chain and me. He put so much effort into the presentation of a simple shake and it looked absolutely amazing. It may seem silly to rave over an ice cream shake, but it was the care, sweetness and consideration that went with. Shortly before our departure we found out that he was actually the General Manager for this location. It is not often that you see a GM supervisor, let alone working an order. It was just a special experience that my husband and I will repeat again. You can say it is a good environment when the restaurant is clean and the staff are happy and working as a team. Thank you, guys, we'll be back on another impromptu date night!

I? the store manager for AT T set a new GM next door. He's very rude. He has an attitude when he's called for it, he doesn't realize he is? He's so rude. One of my employees just went there to eat for lunch, he asked the difference between tasty Pommes regular fries he just gave him. I'm pretty new to a manager position, but I know I don't treat my complaints any way. This is literally one of the basics of being manager. I'm very young. I'm 21 years old, I still don't know how to treat or talk to my representatives, whether you have a bad day or night. Disconnect your personal problems from your work. That's not a good combination man.

I had a bad experience in a Smash broker based/power location that I never tried, so we are going to this place today and before we even go, an employee comes out and tell us that they cannot serve us! Only online orders because they were short-circuited! I was like, you're serious? Well, I haven't tried Smash Burger, 2nd time no service! What's wrong?

My husband got the Avocado Bacon Club with grilled chicken, it was with avocado slices and now it's an avocado sauce. He prefers it better with the discs. Our fries were fresh together with my classic burger!! Service was good and we didn't wait too long for our food!!

I can't believe I've never been to this place before! The service was amazing, the food was excellent, and the presentation was top-notch. It's a great restaurant, a bit tricky to locate at first, but it has a lovely atmosphere. The cashier was very helpful, especially since I had lost my glasses and couldn't see the menu properly. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars!
