Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Mesa

This will likely be my first and last visit to this restaurant. I ordered two of their four-piece combo boxes to go. Let's start with the toast—it was brown, but there was no hint of toasting at all. The coleslaw was quite bland, and the fries were only lukewarm and soggy. As for the chicken, the pieces were tiny—about the size of my thumb. The best part of the meal was the sauce, which had a decent flavor. On a positive note, the service was quick, although that may have been due to how busy they were. I had heard good things about this chain, but I’m hoping this was just a one-time experience because I won’t be returning. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend this chain to others.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh! I've never had any issues with Canes or their employees. While some customers can get a bit rowdy, the staff consistently handles difficult situations quickly and professionally.

The best chicken fingers everywhere! that is the only thing that really is on the menu. the meal includes fold-cut French pommes, texas toast and cole Slav also a dipping sauce that is exclusively raising cane’s. if the drive thru is really supported, no care, it goes fast. they can not go wrong with a meal of Cane’s! yummy yummy yummy yummy! the end

Honestly, I believe they can do better. The chicken pieces were small, the toasted bread was served cold, and the fries were only lukewarm. This wasn’t my first visit to Cane's, but it was my first time at this particular location, and I was not impressed. I'm wondering if their success and popularity have affected the quality of their food, or if this is just an issue specific to this restaurant.

Made an online order for curbside pick up had me sitting outside for 15+ Minutes and some time is reasonable because I was early however if I say I'm picking up at 445 don't make me wait 10+ minutes after said time..... you'll know how to take the order/reservation but not keep up with standards.... I love your food but customer service is everything and no one came out to tell me there's a wait or anything and turns out you didn't even make my food I order 1hour ago and now you're making it.. I'll never come back this is outrageous ? btw they never came out. I had to go in and it's like I never ordered it till she looked threw the computer so my order was here the while time..... I'm beyond mad with you service.. home update you messed up one of my combos and of course it was mine... this is literally the worst.. don't use their app
