I've always enjoyed their cakes and homemade rolls. This time, I overheard a staff member telling another customer about their fresh homemade potcakes, so I decided to give one a try. Oh my goodness! What User doesn't like about Piefection Pie Shop:
This is our second time trying the green chili pork pot pies, and we were once again very disappointed. The cooking instructions say to bake them for one hour, but after that time, they were still completely doughy. We decided to cook them for an additional 20 minutes, and they were still too doughy to eat. There was also a lot of liquid, making the cooked parts soggy. To be fair, I cannot be fair. My name is Kerrin and I am a pie addict. 70 kinds of pie. Sooooo good. Triple berry yumminess. I can normally restrain myself, but this is awesome pie.
They have the most incredible, HOMEMADE pies. Such a large variety and extremely fresh. By far the best pie I've ever had.
I got a couple of slices of peach pie, pecan pie , and key lime pie. all were amazing in their own way, but I will be back to tey more pies
I've eaten 3 Pies from 2 different locations. The Key Lime Pie was gritty and the whipped cream tasted old. The Apple pie had a bad crust and the filling was not good. Both from Scottsdale. Today we had a chocolate cream with meringue from Mesa. The crust was thin and the cream was a pudding that was runny. All of these Pies were served at our luncheon group of 8. We all will never buy another pie from this place and will tell our friends how bad they are. Prices are too high for an inferior product
We purchased an apple crumb pie, and it was delicious. Pie fection is a very clean and nice place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and gave us great recommendations.
