Panera Bread - Mesa

When my dad opened his pepperoni pizza baguette, he found only 4-5 pepperonis and a tiny amount of cheese, with no marinara sauce at all. When he inquired about it, we were told they had run out, so he had to resort to putting ketchup on it. Additionally, I noticed that my sandwich had mustard on it, even though I had removed that option at the kiosk. They also failed to inform us that they had run out of chips and substituted them with bread without telling us until I went back to ask. To top it off, they forgot the cookies we had paid for. Management really needs to improve, especially since you serve as a key food provider for travelers at the airport. Please consider stocking up on your products! P.S. They do offer gluten-free options.

It's a Panera located in a small airport... Overall, it was an okay experience. I appreciated that they allowed me to use my app and rewards account at this location, especially since some chains don't permit that!

Let’s take a moment to discuss my experience. It’s 11:00 AM, and they’re already out of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles. We still can’t even make the sandwich on the proper bread. This is supposed to be a sandwich shop, and it’s truly disappointing. They should really consider shutting down this farce of a restaurant and replacing it with a Taco Bell or McDonald's instead. At least they would offer food for travelers who don’t want to bring their own lunch.

Quick bite in the airport. They were put of a few things. But was fine.

Out of white cheddar cheese. $3 to substitute with another. Either I pay an extra $3 or get no cheese on my sandwich??
