Panda Express - Mesa

My son had ordered me to eat from here. I am disappointed by my eating, everything was fresh, except the rice tasted sour as (not eat the rice) they did not even put soy sauce or sweet chili in my pocket.

Absolutely disgusting! Especially the Dobson and 202 location. The orange chicken is never cooked right or all the way through. The sauce has absolutely no flavor. Tastes like it has just sat there for a day or more and just reheated. Always soggy and never crunchy or crispy. The customer service is even worse! Went back with the chicken to have it fixed and was told that it wasn't their problem to fix! They aren't responsible for the food tasting bad and they refused to fix the order. Will never go to this location again! Would give 0 stars but won't let me do less than 1!

They rarely have entrees on hand. It 's either a 5-10 minute wait or we 're out of that one time they were out of large cups. This time there was a wait for the first entree I asked for AND my second choice of entree. Their fried rice is dry most times as well. I 'm sure this would all be fixed with better management..

It was a bit waiting, but ok and clean, but the employees all looked atmospheric. no happy faces or smiling faces. I understand that it was almost the end of the day, but would have been nice, welcomed.

They tend to forget some of the food. I ordered a larger plate with 3 Entree options. order 3 but receive only 2 normal sections. still charged for 3
