The delivery person should have already had the order by t... read more I placed a delivery order around 6pm, but it was suddenly canceled just as it was supposed to arrive. The delivery person should have already had the order by then, yet the cancellation came unexpectedly at 6:40pm. I’m unsure whether this was the fault of the restaurant or the delivery service. I called the store eight times from different numbers but received no answer. I won’t be returning to this location due to the poor customer service from both the store and their delivery partner. Update: I finally reached support at 7:15pm, and they told me the store had closed despite accepting my order and stating they were open until 9pm. Apparently, the driver reported that the store had closed and canceled the pickup.

Tonight 11/17, my 4th visit was for them to replace my 2 dinners from last night. I will never eat there again. My cooking is better and less hassle.

After seeing three customers get their orders, I inquired about mine, but for some reason, they didn’t have it. A little later, a team member named Samantha approached me to ask about my order. She was very professional and friendly during our conversation. Unfortunately, more time passed and someone else ended up taking my order. Normally, this would frustrate me, but the way the staff treated me made the experience much more pleasant. Keep up the great work!

I arrived at 11:00 AM on a Saturday when they were supposed to open, but when I got there, I was left standing at the door with no one acknowledging my presence. I tried calling, but they didn’t answer the phone. When I finally reached someone, they informed me that they were understaffed and couldn’t open the doors yet. It would have been helpful if they had put up a sign or at least communicated with those of us waiting outside. The customer service was very disappointing. It feels like the staff sets their own hours instead of following the restaurant's schedule. I ended up calling another location and went there instead.

I tried calling the store, but all I got was a prerecorded message directing me to a website. So here I am, leaving a review. It seems like Panda Express doesn’t prioritize customer service, and I doubt they’ll even notice this review on Google anyway.
