We went in right before they were closing so they didn't have all the dishes available, including my favorite: orange chicken. So I was with somebody that was vegetarian and they didn't have the super vegetable entree available either (due to closing time). What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I went to the restaurant hoping to order my favorite Teriyaki bowl and Rangoons. However, when I got home, I realized that I was given egg rolls instead of the Rangoons that I had wanted. I tried to call the restaurant but only received an automated message directing me to their website. I like this place... even if they didn't have super-Veggies this time, the food was great!

When I arrived, there were 3 or 4 people waiting to order and others waiting at the main counter for their orders to be completed. It wasn't until I ordered that I realized there was a hold up. I was looking for the honey walnut shrimp on the menu, but they were out of it and offered me a different dish instead. I agreed to wait for the Broccoli Beef, but it took an additional 5 minutes. It turned out that they had run out of walnuts and decided to substitute a subpar dish without informing me. This felt like a deceptive move on their part. The person in charge's response was unsatisfactory and left me feeling frustrated.
I ordered delivery around 6pm, but unfortunately the order was cancelled right around the time it was supposed to be delivered. It seems like the person responsible for delivering the order should have had it in hand by then, but the cancellation came out of nowhere at 6:40pm. I'm not sure if it was the restaurant's fault or the delivery service's fault. I tried calling the store 8 times from different numbers, but no one answered. I will not be returning to this location again. The customer service at the store was terrible, and the same goes for their delivery partner. Update: I finally got through to support at 7:15pm, and they informed me that the store was closed despite the fact that they had accepted the order and claimed to be open until 9pm. It turns out the driver reported to the service that the store had closed and cancelled the pickup.
