I visited this restaurant for the first time on May 15, 2023 since it opened in February 2023. I was greatly impressed by the excellent customer service provided by two young employees, a man and a woman. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. This place is an absolute joke. I made an order online. I'm going to the store to just say they don't have cups and lids and then they'll have to reimburse me in 48 to 72 hours. Why are you open if you don't have what you need to run a shop that is cups and lid and I should get a refund if you don't even lower the order number. Save your money there are better locations then these. View all feedback.

There is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS a problem in this place! They are made of bowls or lids so that it goes in a cup and they give you a quarter of what you have...

I was here several times and loved the service and the atmosphere that I simply cannot get around the prices for a few days and come here to such opportunities....

Love Nekter’s smoothies, but waited half an hour in the store for 2 that I actually ordered ahead.
