Sunday evening, first time. Really pleasant atmosphere, sincere and attentive staff. I got the Meatloaf... Wow, that was amazing! Burgers and App Combo were also fantastic. The bartender even whipped a Shirley temple for my little one. We look forward to our next meal. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Moose Bear American Grill Pub:
I went on 7/13/18 and met up with my kids for some drinks (They are adults) The waitress was friendly but slower than molasses. It took forever to get a drink and the food took forever to arrive. I loved the atmosphere, just wish they had better service. The food was pretty good for bar food. I would have been hustling that place, it was pretty busy and could have pulled in some good tips. Finally, a place on the way home! Staff are friendly and the food is good. The hours are now a little too short for drinks after the kids are in bed. However, you can’t miss your favorite sports event because TVs are on every row. So comfortable!
When we were here for the first time, we weren't excited about BUT this time. They shredded the black color from the windows and made the place feel much more open. The food was really good. Fish tacos get two thumbs. Husband says Mr. Hatch Burger was good. The beer specialities are great. Although man would like to see an IPA on ****. I follow this with an application for a yeast or more local stuff. Overall sports bar with TVs, pool table. Although no terrace and no place to be friendly dog. We're going back.
The owner's daughter was nice. Brittany, I think. The food was okay. I have the BBQ Burger. The selection of beers was small and no smoke cushion. 4 stars because the Brittany was so cold. I want to try it again and then update it.
This place is new and just working out the kinks, so I hope to hope able to edit this review in the future. I had really high hopesfor this place and anxiously awaited their opening for a long time. When they finally opened, a few weeks later that expected, I thought maybe they would have had time to deal with some basic things, like the ladies room- the plumbing was not working, soap dispensers were empty (in the men's too) and paper towel dispenser was broken. The menu was impressive, there are at least half-a-dozen interesting sounding dishes I would like to try, so hopefully my first pick wasn't a great one. The cod fillets looked more like small bits of pan fish. The garnish of veggies was a pleasant surprise, though. Two of the bartenders were friendly and proficient at their jobs, the other two were not very pleasant. The nice ones served our beer on frozen mugs, which was a really nice touch. The prices were on the higher side of average. The atmosphere is good, but very dark. Doesn't appear that there will be a patio. The place has potential, but probably won't be the new favorite hangout for me that I had hoped.
